are applicable only to hosted systems, are based on a monthly fee, use CAS Severn certified engineers, and can
encompass the following:
- System Hosting Services
CAS Severn can help with administration, management and monitoring of hosted production, development and test environments. In
doing so, we perform the functions that a staff network administrator or engineer would perform.
- Application Hosting Services
Our engineers provide administration, management and monitoring of hosted applications and web services, maintaining application
availability. In doing so, we perform the functions that a technical lead or senior application analyst would perform.
- Disaster Recovery Hosting Services
We provide administration and management of hosted Disaster Recovery (DR) systems, maintaining readiness based on our customer’s
individual DR objectives. We also help in identifying gaps in alignment with corresponding production systems, and coordinate
DR testing and DR plan and system updates with the customer.
We also offer managed services to customers requiring routine onsite or remote assistance in the administration, management and
monitoring of their systems at their locations. Managed services also are monthly fee based, performed by certified CAS Severn
engineers, and can encompass the following:

We monitor and manage TSM environments for our customers to ensure the highest degree of effectiveness and operation. Our
experts examine 90 key status points within TSM, flagging trends, operational issues, pending areas of concern, and
incorporating automated responses to routine actions to continually improve TSM performance. We can also supplement other
TSM management tools.
